Resep Pecak Lele

Bahan :

2 ekor lele, goreng
250 santan dari ½ butir kelapa

Bumbu yang Dihaluskan :

3 buah cabai merah
2 siung bawang putih
1 ruas jari kencur
3 butir kemiri
Garam, gula secukupnya

Cara Membuat :

  • Santan, bumbu yang dihaluskan direbus sampai berminyak. Angkat dari api.
  • Masukkan lele sambil ditekan-tekan
  • Siap dihidangkan. Untuk 1 porsi
