Resep Jajanan Tradisional – Sagon Panggang

Bahan :

-    300 gram kelapa parut sangria
-    250 gram tepung ketan
-    100 gram gula pasir
-     75 ml air
-    ½ sendok teh garam

Cara membuat :

  • Campur kelapa sangria dengan tepung ketan, gula, garam dan air. Aduk rata
  • Adonan ditipiskan di atas selembar plastic, tebal ½ cm
  • Potong-potong 4×5 cm. Letakan di atas loyang
  • Oven 160 derajat Celcius selama 20 menit sampai matang
