Pepes Pindang Tongkol

Bahan :

3 ekor pindang tongkol
10 buah cabai merah
5 siung bawang merah
5 siung bawang putih
10 butir kemiri
2 cm kunyit
Daun salam
2 sendok teh garam
Daun pisang

Cara Membuat :

1.    Tongkol dipotong-potong
2.    Bumbu diulek sampai halus, selain daun salam. Tongkol diberi bumbu.
3.    Lalu dibungkus dan diberi daun salam pada dasar tongkol
4.    Kemudian kukus 30 menit. Angkat dan siap dihidangkan.
