Kue Rangin

Bahan :

-    250 gram tepung ketan
-    ½ butir kelapa agak muda, parut
-    ½ sendok the garam
-     100 gram gula merah, iris-iris

Cara membuat :

-    Campur tepung ketan, kelapa, garam. Aduk
-    Isi cetakan ½ penuh. Isi gula. Tutup adonan lagi.
-    Oven 170 derajat Celcius sampai matang
